The 2010 Digital Media Concept to Company Contest was the sixth C2C competition and was another great success. It took place from January to March 2010. The focus of the contest was on innovations that help create or distribute digital media.
Over 100 applicants applied to the contest and of those, eight finalists were chosen. The finalists presented their ideas to a panel of judges on March 5th at Utah Valley University in Orem. After the judges deliberation, the three winners were announced, but without revealing who the Grand Prize Winner was. Instead, the three winners then presented a summary of their ideas at the Pushbutton Digital Media Summit on March 10th in Salt Lake City. After the presentations, the Grand Prize Winner was announced and prizes awarded.

Ripplewake has created a unique method of splitting a single audio source containing multiple sources into new corresponding single tracks. This improves audio output in live broadcasts, performances, cell phone communication and more as it isolates only the sound you want to hear. As a runner-up, Ripplewake received $5,000 in cash $12,500 in services to start their business.
